Gravure lives or dies by its pictures. Pushiro gives the photography room, then adds the reporting readers need to understand the release and the people who made it.

How Pushiro works
We follow models and their agencies. We also read official announcements from publishers and event organizers, along with established Japanese media. Software and AI-assisted tools may help us find source material or prepare a working draft, but they don’t make editorial decisions.
Before publication, we check every name and date. We also verify claims, links and images. When another outlet’s interview or reporting informs a story, we name and link the original source. We don’t present someone else’s interview as our own. You can read the full process in our Editorial Standards.
Respect for people and images
Pushiro covers documented adults and does not publish explicit sexual content. Models are people and creative professionals, not search terms. We avoid demeaning language, credit the work where possible and take genuine accuracy or rights concerns seriously.
Independent and accountable
We choose stories for their relevance to Pushiro readers. Coverage does not mean the model or her agency endorses Pushiro. The same goes for photographers, publishers and brands. If a commercial relationship could affect how a reader sees a story, we disclose it.
