Kodansha’s November 10 mook combines her new cover feature with reprinted photography of fifteen other women and a 110-minute making-of DVD.
Rena Kato gets 34 pages of newly photographed gravure in FRIDAY GOLD 2026 Winter. The cover and opening feature were shot specifically for the issue, which Kodansha will release on November 10, 2026.
The rest of the mook draws from previously published work: fifteen other women appear in selections originally published between June and October 2026. An included making-of DVD runs for 110 minutes.

The announcement introduces the twenty-year-old Kato through two advance photographs. One is a close portrait beside a bright window: she holds the brim of a broad straw hat while wearing a pale bandeau bikini top. The other moves outdoors, with Kato smiling and raising her arms above her head against greenery and blue sky.
Neither photograph is finished cover artwork. Both accompany the new opening feature, which the publisher also associates with making-of footage.
The lineup includes a three-person collaboration featuring Yuzuha Hongo, Aoi Mizobata and Mao Takano, alongside a paired feature with Mariya Nagao and Yume Hayashi.
The remaining selections feature Ina Enohara, Rina Onuki, Miu Shirahama, Rino Oshima, Ririka Moriwaki, Saki Tateno, Rina Saito, Ririka Fukui, Sayaka Okada and Luna Ichinose.
Ichinose also appears in a separate current magazine feature: her EX Taishu November cover story.
The 110-minute making-of DVD is a supplement to the mook; that runtime is not a Kato-only running time. Kodansha explicitly excludes Rina Saito and Sayaka Okada from the DVD. Both remain part of the print lineup.
