TV Asahi and Aiming will release the first-person, live-action video romance simulation game Beppin-so on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. In this new kind of romance simulation game, the story branches according to choices that appear during play. As you spend events such as summer vacation, Halloween, and Christmas with the heroines and fall in love with them, you can experience the immersion of becoming the protagonist of a romantic-comedy film. To everyone who has been eagerly awaiting the release, thank you always for your warm support. We are very pleased that we can finally announce the day on which we will be able to bring Beppin-so to you.

Last year, information about Japanese live-action games was unveiled as if by prior arrangement, and we have a feeling that 2026 will finally become a turning point for Japanese live-action games. To allow as many people as possible to enjoy this work to the fullest, we set March 4 as the release date so that, right to the last minute, we could work on improving the UX, adding supported languages, and making final quality improvements.

Those who have already played the demo or watched television programs may have noticed that we have created this work with the aim of giving it a bright, fun atmosphere that is a little different from other adventure games. It may be fair to call it a live-action romance game unlike any other in the world, perhaps. [Laughs]

The demo now available gives you an early taste of the atmosphere unique to this work. The cast and production team will continue, with sincerity and as one, to carry out the final refinements and communications so that we can deliver it in a form that satisfies you. Game story

Your college life in Tokyo was supposed to be filled with dreams and expectations.

But after an unexpected problem leaves you without a place to live, fate leads you to a share house called Beppin-so.

Waiting there is a shared life with five charming heroines, each with completely different personalities and characteristics.

From a spring encounter to a winter holy night, one year at Beppin-so is colored by unforgettable events, including choosing swimsuits, Halloween, and a special Christmas. A sweet and slightly silly shared life awaits you.

A limited-time exhibition for this work is being held in the first-floor atrium of TV Asahi. Hitori Tobashite BEPPINN SUN, the theme song for Beppin-so, is now available on major music streaming services. The song has actually been released as the latest song by ANTENNA GIRLS, the group to which Ruka, the fourth heroine in the game and a hugely popular idol portrayed by Ruka Kitano, belongs. It is a bright, energetic pop song that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of the girls who appear in the work, and its lyrics that echo the game’s story are also worth noting.
