The release presents the shoot as a record of Shirahama’s work from her debut onward, set against the Seto Inland Sea and summer light. Shirahama said she was glad that FRIDAY, which has photographed her since her debut, would carry new material from the project.
Shirahama, 19, is from Tottori Prefecture. She won three awards at the Bishoujo Zukan Award 2023 and received the Newcomer Award at FRIDAY’s Grademy Awards in 2025. On the release date, she also appears on the cover and in the opening gravure feature of FRIDAY, which carries advance cuts from the book.
