The title Blooming carries Sakakura’s wish: “I want to keep blooming in my own way and make everyone’s smiles bloom too!”
True to its title, Blooming, this photobook is filled with highly satisfying, lively photographs that are like flowers in full bloom.
The book was photographed in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Miyakojima. Sakakura wears a wide variety of outfits, including a school uniform befitting the school-trip concept. Do not miss this commemorative book, which will be released on Sakakura’s own birthday. Information on the bonuses offered by each retailer has also been updated.
I have been given the opportunity to release my first photobook!
When I was in high school, the world had many restrictions, and our school trip could not be held as usual. I thought, “I want to go again now…!” So this time, with the theme of a “school trip that arrived late,” we went to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Miyakojima to shoot.
The atmosphere during the shoot was always friendly, and every place was genuinely fun. I think we were able to photograph lots of natural expressions.
My first photobook, which I had dreamed of.
It has become a special book filled with lots of who I am right now, exactly as I am, without trying to be more than I am.
I hope everyone will pick it up, and that we can share these memories of a journey full of youth together!
