Shiori Ikemoto Reveals Covers for New Photobook

A bold look at the real Shiori, laying everything bare

The front and back covers have been unveiled for the second photobook by Shiori Ikemoto of the idol group Teratera, who is also active in gravure. It is her first photobook in about two years. Both feature bold cuts never previously seen in her gravure work.

Photographed in the Thai resort destination of Pattaya, the photobook includes numerous sexy gravure cuts that are a first experience for Ikemoto, known in the gravure world as Mini-Gra, meaning minimal but glamorous. This new challenge, laying everything bare, is exactly the image of the real Shiori. About five years after her debut, the volume is filled with highlights showing her growth into a slightly more adult person.

Comment from Shiori Ikemoto

My first impression after looking at the photobook was that it is really full of who I am now. There are quite a lot of photos with my natural expressions, such as paddleboarding in the sea, playing with a dog, and lots of moments where I am naturally smiling. There are also many sexy outfits. The black one-piece swimsuit is see-through from the back, and when I first saw it at the fitting, I thought, What is this? (laughs). But it is sexy while also having a coolness to it, and it is an outfit I do not usually wear in gravure, so I definitely want people to see it. The yellow one-piece on the back cover is also cute but a little sexy, and it is another one of my favorite outfits!

Additional advance cuts and release events at two Tokyo bookstores

Additional advance cuts have also been released. Two bookstores in Tokyo will hold events to celebrate the release of the photobook. The events offer a full range of content, including rare bonus tickets available only at the venues.
