Reader inquiries changed Wani Books’ plans for Kokoro Toyoshima’s Okinawa photographs. Originally commissioned for UTB:G Vol.9 and Up to Boy Vol.361, the shoot now supplies two digital-only photobooks—a publication the publisher says it had not initially intended.

Natsu, Itadakimasu. and Natsu, Gochisosama. were released simultaneously on October 9, 2026. Masafumi Nakayama photographed both volumes during what Wani Books identifies as Toyoshima’s first Okinawa location shoot.

According to the publisher, inquiries following the release of UTB:G Vol.9 prompted the decision. Both books consist entirely of previously unpublished photographs that were not used in either magazine.

Two selections from the summer shoot

The previews for Natsu, Itadakimasu. move between coastal scenery and a close indoor portrait. Toyoshima looks back toward the camera in a blue swimsuit beside a rocky outcrop, kneels on a sandy beach in a patterned bikini, and appears in pink lingerie with a pale pink ruffled layer. Its cover pairs the patterned bikini with an open blue shirt against a gray wall.

Natsu, Gochisosama. has a smiling red-bikini portrait on its cover. Its previews include an outdoor photograph in a white textured bikini, a black-bikini composition in shallow water beside rocks, and a roadside portrait in a white dress, holding a straw hat.

In her accompanying comment, Toyoshima said she was happy that readers’ requests had created another opportunity to share the summer photographs.
