Who plays whom?
The three newly announced Bitter Ganache performers are:
- Sena as Aki.
- Erina Takashima as Natsuki.
- Arisa Sato as Harumi.
Ichikawa’s character brings Lilisa’s family into the story alongside its band encounters.
The previously announced principal cast comprises Saho Aono as Lilisa Suzunomiya, Natsume as Otoha Kurogane, Natsuki Sena as Tina Isemi and Ayaka Takamoto as Tamaki Shiraya. Sena, newly cast as Aki, and Natsuki Sena, playing Tina, are separate performers.
From the manga page to the stage
Hiroshi Fukuda’s manga, serialized in Hakusensha’s Young Animal, follows girls whose outwardly refined school lives collide with their passion for intense rock music. Lilisa’s encounter with sounds coming from an old school building draws her toward that world.
Ichidai Matsuda handles the stage adaptation’s script and overall direction, with HIKE producing.
Fukuda has supplied a new commemorative illustration showing four characters gathered around an open stage script. In his accompanying comment, he expresses excitement about how the cast will translate the characters’ forceful personalities and fierce musical sessions into theater, and encourages audiences to experience the stage interpretation.
The illustration accompanies the four new cast portraits, production logo, performance timetable and first manga-volume cover in the supplied gallery. The portraits introduce the performers; they are not photographs from a staged performance.
All performances take place at Theater 1010, on the 11th floor of Senju Mildix I, 3-92 Senju, Adachi-ku, Tokyo. Times below are Japan Standard Time.
