Nade is doing her first photobook on her own terms. She is crowdfunding and self-publishing The Person Next Door, with control over the clothes, visual concept, and final presentation.
The project grows out of the scripted relationship videos she makes for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Those clips usually put the viewer beside a girlfriend, older woman, or senior; the photobook keeps that sense of proximity while moving into swimwear, lingerie, and more adult styling.

“Because it is self-published, I have put my own intentions into everything from the costumes and the world of the work to how the photographs are presented,” Nade said. “I would be happy if I could complete this book together with everyone who supports me.”
The project credits Ione Murakami and necozi as photographers, Marine Chujo for hair and makeup, and Nade for planning and publishing. The crowdfunding campaign is currently open on CAMPFIRE.
