A brown-swimsuit portrait beside a tree fronts Rina, desu, Rina Yamamoto’s first photobook. Framed by a broad white border, the newly revealed cover credits photographer Kyosuke Azuma and publisher Kodansha.

Kodansha released the artwork and additional preview photographs on October 8, ahead of the book’s October 28, 2026 publication. Photographed in Miyakojima, the volume includes what the publisher describes as the freelance announcer’s first swimsuit gravure.

New photographs from Miyakojima

The previews include the cover portrait without its surrounding layout, a close portrait in a light-blue patterned top, and a seated photograph in cream knitwear. A wider outdoor image shows Yamamoto looking back toward the camera on a sandy path between greenery, with the sea beyond.

In her accompanying comment, Yamamoto highlighted the more mature expressions and poses as personal favorites. She thanked Azuma and the atmosphere on set for helping her achieve those expressions, and said she looked forward to meeting readers at the handover event.

Yamamoto joined TBS in 2017 and became a freelance announcer after leaving the broadcaster in 2023. Her work now spans television, radio and events.
