From Okinawa to Kiryu
The front cover uses a close portrait taken in a resort hotel bathroom, according to Kodansha. Oshima looks toward the camera with a hand near her mouth, wearing pale pink lace clothing against a gray background. The newly supplied artwork shows the same portrait with and without its promotional band.
The publisher describes a separate back-cover photograph overlooking a beach at sunset. Inside, the book moves between outdoor bikini photography and lingerie photographs in a private villa, alongside what Kodansha calls Oshima’s first nude-style photographs.
In her accompanying comment, Oshima thanked those who helped realize her long-held ambition. She said she hoped readers would experience her current self through Okinawa’s sea, sunsets and natural scenery, while the Kiryu photographs express gratitude to her hometown.
Oshima received the Special Jury Prize in Miss Magazine 2021 and worked as a reporter on TBS’s Osama no Brunch from 2022 to 2024. Her career also includes acting and modeling.
