The book also includes striking cuts in which she takes on her most revealing look yet, something she has never shown in her first photobook or previous gravure work. It is full of photographs capturing Kokoa Kai as she is now, from her characteristically energetic smile to her grown-up side.
The result is a gem of a book that calls to mind a story: you innocently play together, and although you had never thought of her as anything more than a childhood friend, when you meet again after a long time, you somehow feel a different kind of excitement in your heart.
After taking on gravure for the first time in my first photobook, I received a much bigger response than I expected. I also received so many requests saying, “Please release a second photobook, too!” So I’m very happy that I’ve been able to put one out like this.
Since it’s a second photobook, I went into the shoot hoping to show a slightly more mature side and make people’s hearts race. I also took on slightly sexier cuts than in my first photobook, and I think I’ll be able to show how I’ve grown. But in the end, the shoot was just so much fun the whole time that I ended up with lots of bright, pop expressions (laughs). There’s a mature side, but my usual Kokoa side is also on full display!
Being able to release a second photobook like this is unquestionably thanks to all of you. I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart! Please enjoy all the changes through the photobook!

Born November 28, 2003, in Hiroshima Prefecture.
She began activities as a first-generation member of STU48 in March 2017. She transferred to KLP48 in June 2024 and was active there through February 2026. She then returned to STU48 and resumed activities in March 2026.
STU48 is scheduled to hold its ninth-anniversary concert at Kanadevia Hall in Tokyo on Saturday, May 30.
