Kokoa Kai (甲斐心愛) is a first-generation STU48 member who returned to the group in March 2026 after working with KLP48 in Malaysia from June 2024 through February 2026. Her return year brought her first STU48 title-track center, the limited-edition cover of BOMB’s September issue and her second photobook, Okaeri Taiyo, photographed in Bangkok and Phuket.
